Easy Baked Cod Fish with Lemon - Omega 3

Ingredients 4 portions cod fish 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup softened butter 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 3 cloves garlic minced 1 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 1 lemon juiced Additional lemon slices or wedges for serving Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Lay cod fish filets out in the prepared baking dish. Season fish with salt and pepper. Chia peach smoothie recipe

2 ripe peaches (quartered, pits removed*) 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1/4 cup rolled oats (gluten-free for GF eaters) 1/2 frozen banana (peeled before freezing) 1/4 cup fresh orange juice 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 Tbsp agave, maple syrup, or a pinch of stevia (optional // for added sweetness // or honey for non-vegan) Instructions Add all ingredients to a blender and let set for 5-10 minutes so the oats and chia seeds can soak. Then blend until smooth. To thicken, add another quarter-half a frozen banana (amount as original recipe is written // adjust if altering batch size). To thin, add more almond milk or OJ. Garlic Parmesan Roasted Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients 1 pound medium mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed 3 large cloves garlic, minced 2 Tb olive oil 2 Tb chopped olives or capers 2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1/4 C chopped flat leaf Italian parsley salt and pepper to taste 3 Tb butter 1/4 Cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Spray a shallow casserole dish with nonstick spray, then toss in the mushrooms, garlic, oil, olives or capers, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Street Corn Recipe

Ingredients: ½ cup Greek yogurt ½ cup feta cheese ½ tsp chili powder 1 clove garlic, minced ¼ cup cilantro, chopped 4 ears organic corn, shucked 1 organic lime, cut into wedges Directions: Grill corn, rotating occasionally until cooked. Allow a slight char on the outside. Remove from the grill and put on a serving plate. Combine Greek yogurt, feta cheese, chili powder, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl and mix well. Brush corn with above mixture. Sprinkle on more chili powder if preferred. Squeeze a lime wedge on each ear of corn and serve warm.
