Street Corn Recipe

Ingredients: ½ cup Greek yogurt ½ cup feta cheese ½ tsp chili powder 1 clove garlic, minced ¼ cup cilantro, chopped 4 ears organic corn, shucked 1 organic lime, cut into wedges Directions: Grill corn, rotating occasionally until cooked. Allow a slight char on the outside. Remove from the grill and put on a serving plate. Combine Greek yogurt, feta cheese, chili powder, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl and mix well. Brush corn with above mixture. Sprinkle on more chili powder if preferred. Squeeze a lime wedge on each ear of corn and serve warm. Oatmeal Banana Flaxseed Cookies Recipe

Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 20 mins Total time: 25 mins Recipe makes about 15 cookies. *If vegan, be sure to use vegan chocolate chips. Serves: 15 Ingredients 2 ripe bananas 1 cup Bob's Red Mill gluten free rolled oats ½ cup Bob's Red Mill ground flaxseed meal ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut ¼ cup sliced almonds pinch of salt (optional) ½ cup semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips* Instructions Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
