Acai Bowl with Mixed Berries

The acai bowl is a delicious smoothie bowl recipe loaded with Immune boosting Anti-inflammatory power.
Ingredients
2 packets unsweetened frozen acai
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup cashew milk
2 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
Turmeric
toppings
bee pollen
chia seeds
Directions
Place all of the acai bowl ingredients together in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into two bowls and add toppings.
Ingredients:
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup feta cheese
½ tsp chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
4 ears organic corn, shucked
1 organic lime, cut into wedges
Directions:
Grill corn, rotating occasionally until cooked. Allow a slight char on the outside. Remove from the grill and put on a serving plate.
Combine Greek yogurt, feta cheese, chili powder, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl and mix well.
Brush corn with above mixture.
Sprinkle on more chili powder if preferred.
Squeeze a lime wedge on each ear of corn and serve warm.
