Ingredients:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup feta cheese
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 4 ears organic corn, shucked
- 1 organic lime, cut into wedges
Directions:
- Grill corn, rotating occasionally until cooked. Allow a slight char on the outside. Remove from the grill and put on a serving plate.
- Combine Greek yogurt, feta cheese, chili powder, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl and mix well.
- Brush corn with above mixture.
- Sprinkle on more chili powder if preferred.
- Squeeze a lime wedge on each ear of corn and serve warm.
